Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • The product does not match the specifications provided (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).

Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain products are not eligible for refunds, including:

Personalized or custom-printed items that were produced as per your design or instructions.
Items that have been used or altered after delivery.
Products returned after the 7-day window.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet gone into production. Once your custom product has entered the printing process, cancellation will not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for custom-printed items unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you are eligible for an exchange, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Shipping for Returns

If you are returning a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us.
